Dairy Quietly Raises Colon Cancer Risk

Plant-based calcium sources — including fortified oat milk, almonds, leafy greens, and tofu — can easily replace dairy-derived calcium without the associated hormonal load. Exercise also plays a direct protective role: just 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week has been shown to reduce colorectal cancer risk by up to 24%.
